On Christmas 2014 my 4 year old granddaughter came to Florida for a visit. I wanted to surprise her with a visit from Santa. Santa Jay received my email request and he promptly replied asking a few questions to prepare for his visit. I put gifts on the porch for Santa to deliver that scheduled evening. My granddaughter heard sleigh bells ringing and we all excitedly ran to the door. As I opened the door, my granddaughter exclaimed with delight "Santa, you came to see me!" "Ho, Ho, Ho! Merry Christmas!" shouted Santa Jay who had the gifts placed in his beautiful red sack.

Santa was professional and a "Good Santa". He was calm and caring, listening even when his real beard was given the tug test! I'll definitely be looking forward to another visit from Santa Jay this Christmas.
